Collaborative, detail-oriented, storyteller
Lead User Experience Designer @ JPMorgan Chase & Co.

tl;dr I integrate qualitative research and participatory design to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and solve complex problems.
At JP Morgan Chase & Co, I lead design strategy and closely collaborate with Product & Engineering to make evidence-based decisions in the cybersecurity space. I'm particularly passionate about user journeys, information architecture, and content strategy. Currently, I'm focused on advancing my expertise in accessibility and inclusive design.
My design craft is deeply rooted in my earlier work in art museums and curatorial research. This included conducting academic research and writing about art/cultural objects, facilitating museum education workshops, and designing experiences to increase engagement.
By nature, I'm infinitely curious and gravitate towards learning and trying something new. I find joy in balancing my simple pleasures (photography, peloton, drawing, indie films + live concerts) with my professional development (lectures, workshops, learning Spanish). I love reading, making to-do lists, and oxford commas. I'm also the Captain and co-creator of The NY Carrot Cake Club.
