Marion Gajonera is a lead product designer at JPMorgan Chase in NYC.

About me

I'm a product designer with 10+ years in research and 6+ years designing 0→1 products, enterprise tools, and cybersecurity applications.

My foundation in design research, shaped by a background in art history and curatorial strategy, helps me turn challenges into actionable solutions that align user needs with business goals. I also lead cross-functional workshops that clarify complex problems and align teams fast.

Outside of work, I’m into design theory, drawing, keeping active on Peloton, and studying Spanish.
